- Exchanges are not allowed on promotional items, clearance items, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear. ALL THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If for some reason you need to return an item, all merchandise for exchange or return must be received within 14 days of purchase for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. All items MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS attached to item.
- Email questions to firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval including order number in your email communication
- To make a return or exchange, place item in a secure package with original invoice and return to address below. Chic Essentials Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit and strongly recommend insuring your package.
- Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we have received and inspected your item for exchange or return, your credit will process within 5 business days. Chic Essentials Boutique reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges. Denied returns will be returned to the customer. Returns that are approved will be credited back to your original form of tender.
- All shipping fees are excluded from credit applied for return.
