Take a look at our frequently asked questions below and we hope that you will gain answers to all of your concerns. In the event that you do not find an answer to your burning questions, NO BIGGIE!

1. How long does shipping take?
- Please allow 1-2 business days processing time to complete your order once it has been confirmed.
- Orders placed M-F (excluding holidays) before 3pm EST will begin processing same business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
- We DO NOT ship on weekends or Holidays. Priority shipping is not guaranteed as we cannot be held responsible for USPS delays.
- Domestic orders are shipped:USPS Priority (2-3 business days)
2. I never received my package, what happened?
We ship USPS PRIORITY and tracking numbers are provided which allow for tracking updates. Please follow up with USPS with tracking number in the event of a missing, lost, or damaged package.
3. When do you restock on certain items?
The items that we order especially for you are HOT OFF THE PRESS and will not always be available for reorder. However, items that sell out quickly and our highly requested by customers will be restocked in the event that the item is available through the manufacturer.
4. What are your exchange policies for Chic Essentials Boutique?
- Exchanges are not allowed on promotional items, clearance items, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear. ALL THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If for some reason you need to return an item, all merchandise for exchange or return must be received within 14 days of purchase for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. All items MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS attached to item.
Return Policy
- Email questions to info@chicessentialsboutique.com for return approval including order number in your email communication
- To make a return or exchange, place item in a secure package with original invoice and return to address below. Chic Essentials Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit and strongly recommend insuring your package.
- Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we have received and inspected your item for exchange or return, your credit will process within 5 business days. Chic Essentials Boutique reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges. Denied returns will be returned to the customer.
- All shipping fees are excluded from store credit
5. Do you have a brick and mortar location where I can exchange my online order?
Chic Essentials Boutique is an online e-commerce business ONLY. We do not have a brick and mortar location at this time. Who knows what the future may hold!
6. I received my order and my item is damaged, Can I have an exchange?
Chic Essentials Boutiques conducts a thorough inspection of all items once ordered from vendors. We also have a very rigorous quality assurance process prior to the shipment of your item.
In the rare event that an item is damaged, please contact info@chicessentialsboutique.com immediately upon delivery.
Chic Essentials is not responsible for items damaged in the delivery process due to package handling.
7. Do you have a size chart?
Chic Essentials Boutique takes pride in providing unique pieces for you. There may be small variability in sizing between manufacturers/vendors, therefore we do not provide an universal sizing chart.
We do our best to provide sizing info on individual items. We are HAPPY to answer any additional questions that you may have about sizing on a particular item at shopchicessentials@gmail.com.
